Two weeks prior to the start of camp you will receive more information on the specific camp details, including what to bring and what not to bring and a copy of our behavior agreement.

Behavior Agreement
Behavior agreements will be due the first day of camp in order to complete your daughter's registration. You will receive a copy of our behavior agreement to be read and signed by you and your daughter in your two week notification letter. You are welcome to download and fax your signed behavior agreement at any time.

Immunization Records
All campers must have a record of their immunizations (including date of last tetanus shot) and record of all allergies on file on or before their first day of camp. If your daughter attended Girlstart Summer Camp in the past, immunization records must be resubmitted. Please indicate the camp your daughter is registered for on the records when faxing.

Payment Plan
The cost is $350 per camp. Registration closes for all camps on May 21, 2010. The cancellation policy applies to paying in full or using the payment plan. See cancellation policy below.

Girlstart offers a price break for early registration:
February 9th - March 22nd: $325
March 23rd - May 21st: $350 (full price)

Please contact Girlstart at 512-916-4775 or email camps@girlstart.org to set-up your payment plan registration. Payment plans are available on the FULL PRICE of camp ONLY ($350) regardless of when you register. Upon registering a $150 deposit is due to reserve your space. Two additional payments of $100 each can be paid from the day registered until May 1st. The full $350 is due on or before May 3rd to secure your reserved space.

Full payment is due when registering online. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy
Camp fees include a $50 non-refundable fee. Refunds are given in the event of cancellations before May 28, 2010. Camps that do not fill are subject to cancellation and full refund.

A transfer confirmation email will be sent as soon as a space for the requested date is available. You must pay the full balance for the camp within one week from the email notification to keep your space. After one week, your registration will be moved back to the waitlist.
